Please note that we can only accept returns and issue refunds for dates that are in good condition, unopened, and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for dates that have been opened, consumed, or are not in their original packaging.

Additionally, if the dates have been tampered with, altered, or have expired, we will not be able to issue a refund. We also cannot issue refunds for shipping costs or any other associated fees.

We take pride in the quality of our dates and want to remind our customers that consuming dates is a sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
